Sermorelin & Peptides

Semomrelin

Sermorelin is an amino acid chain, or peptide, that is similar in structure to Growth Hormone-Releasing Hormone (GHRH). GHRH is a substance that is made in the body that acts on receptors in the pituitary gland in the brain. Sermorelin binds the same receptors in the pituitary gland that native GHRH binds stimulating growth hormone secretion from the cells in the pituitary gland. The effects of Sermorelin are the result of increased natural growth hormone release and activity in the body.

Growth hormone is responsible for fostering cellular growth in the young and remains critical for a variety of functions in the adult body. Sermorelin stimulates the pituitary gland to release growth hormone naturally so the increase in growth hormone is gradual and safe.

Throughout one’s life, the amount of circulating growth hormone decreases by as much as 14% per decade of life starting at age 30. The result is seen as typical signs of aging such as less energy, slower metabolism, higher body fat, trouble sleeping, poor wound healing or injury recovery, a weakened immune system and more.

  • Better overall regeneration potential and wound healing
  • Better energy
  • Increased muscle strength, maintenance and growth
  • Increased athletic performance
  • Better fat burning; increases fat utilization/burning
  • Better calcium retention in the bones
  • Better skin quality and collagen density
  • Better sleep quality
  • Anti-aging effects overall
  • Reduced risk of cardiovascular disease
  • Increase in libido
  • Neuroprotective and cognitive promoting/protective

BPC-157

Originally discovered in gastric juices, this has been shown to be involved with several body systems. Peptides are bio-regulators often dictating the cell to function, live repair, replicate and eventually die. This version of BPC-157 is acetylated and amidated reducing solubility allowing the peptide to bypass the stomach and be absorbed in a more bio-available form.

Pentsosan Polysulfate

Recently fast tracked by the FDA for use in the setting of osteoarthritis.  This peptide has shown to stimulate cartilage matric synthesis and prevention of cartilage breakdown. This can be supplied oral or injected subcutaneously near the injured area. This medication has been used for years to help quell inflammation in the bladder.
